The WYL Board has implemented a refund policy based on the following guidelines.
- Refunds must be made in writing and submitted to the WYL Treasurer (Jared Rand – email@example.com)
- Refunds submitted before January 1st will receive a full refund for WYL registration fees
- Boys refunds submitted before March 1st will receive a refund minus a $25 processing fee.
- Girls refunds submitted before March 1st will receive a refund minus a $25 processing fee and the cost of any uniform purchased.
- Refunds submitted after March 1st will not be honored
- For medical and other extenuating circumstances, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the WYL Board
Refunds are NOT provided because families cannot, or will not, accommodate their team’s schedule for practice or game times.
The WYL Board strives for consistency and fairness with implementing the refund policy and reserves the right to amend the policy as needed.
